Please make sure that the rotation for puzzles is turned off. When the rotation is on, it may seem that there are extra pieces in a puzzle, that pieces do not fit, or that there is more than one puzzle.
The rotation can be turned off on the difficulty selection screen before starting a puzzle.
The entire puzzle has enlarged/zoomed in. I cannot see the entire puzzle. Please help!

I'm having the same problem. Have you been able to find out how to fix it?
Is your puzzle larger than 140 pieces? If so you have to solve it in 4 or more sections . Since you're only looking at part of the picture the pieces are larger.

I don't like it. Can it be changed?
Purchased New Zealand pack. Working on 640 level and finished the second row but for one piece. Cannot locate the piece anywhere. Hate to start another puzzle if I have to lose progress.
