How do I get a picture
Dear Evelyn, you need to have pictures in your Gallery.
This is not this subject, but I purchased both on sale puzzle collections and ended up paying the full price than the sale price. Could you check into this for me. Timer still had over 12 hours left for the sale price.

How do I move personal picture puzzles from one album to another?
Sandy Johnston, unfortunately there is no such a feature, you may delete a puzzle from one album and load it to the correct one.
How do i point my puzzles to my SD card? Magic pictures seems to be slow and increasing crashing, assume that I have too many completed puzzles. Would moving collections to my SD card help?
Since you put all the months into one folder I can not open them. How can I get them out of that folder so I can do them?

All of my personal packs ,since the latest update wont open unless i purchase a monthly or yearl membership, a pop up says this. Years ago i purchased the $4,95 special which gave me coins, energies, 5 packs, plus the the ability to make my own packs no ads. Fix my account !!
