Please first make sure that you are logged in on your device with the same Google or Amazon account (if you use Kindle device) you used for purchase. Also please log in with your Facebook account if you have it. If you don't have a Facebook account, please skip this step.
You can restore all paid packs in the Puzzle Shop.
1. Please tap on the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
2. In the list which opens choose My Purchases.
3. Under Restore all paid downloads green button find a pack you want to restore and tap on a Restore sign on it.
In order to restore the Gold Deal or All Inclusive purchases, please tap on Restore all paid downloads button.
