Please first make sure that you are logged in on your device with the same Google account you used for purchase. Also please log in with your Facebook account if you have it (you will see your name instead of "My account" button in the right upper corner). If you don't have a Facebook account, please skip this step.
You can restore all the paid packs in the Puzzle Shop.
1. Please tap on the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
2. In the list which opens choose My Purchases.
3. Under Restore all paid downloads green button find a pack you want to restore and tap on a Restore sign on it.
