How do I restore my purchases?

Please first make sure that you are logged in on your device with the same Google account you used for purchase. Also please log in with your Facebook account if you have it (you will see your name instead of "My account" button in the right upper corner). If you don't have a Facebook account, please skip this step.

You can restore all the paid packs: My account (envelope icon) -> Packs -> tap on Restore all paid downloads button to restore Gold Pack or All inclusive, or tap on each pack to restore it.

    I have had a Kindle for 2 years and have the Magic Puzzles plus 51 purchased one on there. I have purchased a Samsung and it is a google account. I do not want to factory reset and lose all that I have. All I want it to have the purchased puzzles on both devices, or you put them on my Samsung.

    The restore paid downloads button has completely disappeared on my tablet. It was there a few days ago, I know.

    I was told that the restore previous purchases would be back soon. In the meantime we could just click the purchase button on the ones we know we purchased and we will be able to redownload without being recharged. I did this, and it worked.

    Patricia when u did that did it bring up a page that said continue on t . I clicked on one of the puzzles I had bought and it took me to a page that asked me how I was going to pay and continue

    It did on some that I just thought I purchased. On the ones I know I purchased it just started downloading after I clicked on the price. Hopefully the restore button will be back soon.

    I have emailed you you about the fact that I am unable to restore the package I have purchased...it appears that this is a problem with Samsung and I'd like to see a credit for the package I'm in able to get

    I was actually considering spending money on a puzzle pack from this company, in spite of the flaws with the puzzles (extremely difficult to grab the CORRECT piece, as it selects the one about an inch from the one you're actually touching, for one thing -- can occasionally cause more than just annoyance and reach the point of infuriating at times. But I try to overlook that problem, since I love the puzzles). Boy am I glad I saw these comments before shelling out any money! I can't believe this many people are having problems, and yet the only response from the company itself has been one comment about how the restore button would be fixed "soon"... Nobody from the company even answering people's questions posted here, and worse, no reply to the emails they've sent to customer service?? Good grief! Thank you, commenters, for saving me the trouble (and the money). Hopefully Magic Jigsaw Puzzles starts paying some attention to their customers' concerns soon.

    Dear Mandie,

    We'll release a new update in a few weeks and packs restoring will be much easier than now. Currently we can access IOS users only to restore their purchases, we'll add this feature for Android devices in July.

    I am having trouble. I can not login to facebook, can not rotate puzzle pieces and can not locate my collection button to see my choices. I paid for the Japanese puzzles but am unable to see or some them. I had this same app
    on my Apple Mini and loved it, but now I am so disappointed. I can not play and want this fixed. If it can not be fixed I want credit for this purchase.

    You only have 6 holiday packs on your Microsoft where you have a lot on your Android I thought that if you put more on your Microsoft then my pack would be on there

    I bought the 5 in 1 Gold pack on another tablet, yet despite the fact that I'm signed in to both the correct Facebook and Google play accounts, I can't access the new puzzles from said pack on any other device. How do I access my puzzles?

    I recently had a problem with the app, and had to un install and then re-install . After I re installed the app, and downloaded, I am still missing 3 packs of puzzles. Where do I go to get the months puzzles? Thanks, Elaine Tartak
