How do I restore my purchases?

Please first make sure that you are logged in on your device with the same Google or Amazon account (if you use Kindle device) you used for purchase. Also please log in with your Facebook account if you have it. If you don't have a Facebook account, please skip this step.

You can restore all paid packs in the Puzzle Shop.

1. Please tap on the Menu button (three horizontal lines)

2. In the list which opens choose My Purchases.

3. Under Restore all paid downloads green button find a pack you want to restore and tap on a Restore sign on it.

In order to restore the Gold Deal or All Inclusive purchases, please tap on Restore all paid downloads button.

    WHEN I RESTORED MY PURCHASED ON MY NEW CELL I LOST ALL MY LEVELS & COINS. CAN THEY BE RESTORED?

    Why am I not able to restore my JULY new image every day pack? It says I have to pay 3000 coins, and the pack is supposed to be FREE anyway!

    The monthly pack is free in the month it was developed for.
    The old monthly packs cost 3000 coins each, Category 365 days.

    I want my puzzles from my old phone and my 4000+ coins and I was at level 66, I have emailed you my old ID# but nothing you suggested has worked. Can you merge the 2 ID'S and get my stuff back?

    I paid 2.99 for a pack and have no idea how to see it. All of the help tips are useless . I would like my money back, unless somebody can give better directions on how to use this site.

    We have been working on trying to restore my puzzles from my old phone for weeks I have to turn my old phone on and I will lose 40 + puzzles level 66 and over 4000 coins some of those puzzles I paid for some of those coins I paid for and every email I got from you says that you're going to fix it or you're going to merge the two ideas together or you're going to do something well all I can say is I can't wait until July that's a little too long to be able to pull the puzzles off my old phone onto my new one I can take a picture of my stats and how many puzzles I have worked I can even take pictures of the puzzles and send them to you if that would help I would really like him back if you can't solve this problem just say so and I'll move to a different puzzle program I've read all of these comments and I'm beginning to get a bad taste in my mouth for this particular puzzle program I hope you can change that.

    Well, they actually got my coins and my levels back. Now I just need my 70 puzzle packs back. So far so good. I am very happy, but still want my puzzles back. Thanks guys.
