Ok, my questions, comments keep getting deleted before sending. 4th message: cannot purchase packs using coins but has no issues taking or cash! My husband may not have issue spending lots on packs but if you are earning coins for purchases why not be able to buy using them? Yes in upgraded, yes I've restarted several times. Anything that's been suggested through reading everything on here has been tried numerous times. Please fix or change my coins to cash so I can purchase new puzzles to keep me busy during my numerous Dr's appointments, thanks

Some puzzle packs have coin purchase available and some don't. The one that I want does not. Aren't they all supposed to have the coin option to purchase?

My 365 monthly packs page is a blank page. This happened on 2/1/18 right after the upgrade. I miss my puzzles. Where are they???
