Please note, that in order to sync your levels, coins and packs between iPad and Android you need to log in the Magic Puzzles app with your Facebook account on both of your devices.

You don't need Facebook account for synchronization between devices on the same platform, just make sure you are using the same Google account.

    I got a new phone and I lost all my puzzle packs and my statistics I was at level 66 and had over 4000 coins and I have emailed customer support to try to get them back I have also tried to sign in with Facebook but I can't find the sign in page and now I'm only at level 2 was 674 coins

    There is no way in hell that I will ever connect you to or give you access to my Facebook account and that should not be necessary EVER to backup or sync. Period.
