The app can be updated on Google Play Store in the following way:

I am having trouble buying new puzzles
Why can't I open the 2nd daily puzzle without unlocking it with 100 coins?
In the last 24hours plus nearly all the ads showed the coins some were 500, 250, 100, 85 etc but when I went to play them only 2 ads actually loaded and paid the coins which were only about 20 or less both time.

I can't get to do the daily free puzzle because it keeps going to the ads, doesn't let me play.
i have sent u 2 issues already..!!! puzzles i am buying ,puzzles all the time. Hundreds of dollars here. Now i don't get to play to the end...5 puzzles out of 7, n not the 7 puzzles!!!!!!???

With the version rollout this past week, my tablet shuts down and restart after completing each puzzle. What did the programmers do that is causing this issue?
I worked on this tablet all morning trying to find the menu and get this thing updated. Nothing seemed to fit anywhere. The instructions have to be extremely explicit as 80 year olds find it difficult to do these things. I never did figure it out. My puzzle is quite old so perhaps there is no update for it, in any case I couldn't find how to do it.
So I guess I am stuck with them shutting down after getting about 2/3rds finished. The current puzzle has been reset 4 times now.
Please Help! Since the start of August 2020 I can't get to do the daily free puzzle, the Ad video does not play. The app pauses and crashes. Every time I complete a task, it pauses again and eventually close.

Hello Sheila. Please, restore the paid option in the following way:
1. Open Magic Puzzles and go to the Puzzle Shop, then tap on the Categories button (three horizontal lines in the bottom left corner).
2. In the list which opens choose My Purchases.
3. Tap on Restore Purchases green button
Then please wait for 2-3 minutes and reboot your device.
