If your puzzle packs are missing from the My collection page, please check the My packs category in the Shop:
1. Go to the Shop
2. Tap on the Categories button in the bottom left corner
3. Choose My packs
4. Find the pack on the list below the Restore purchases button
5. Tap the Download/Restore button
If your packs haven't appeared in My packs, please make sure that you are logged in to the app with the same FB account you used for registration in the app initially. After that, please check if the packs appear in My packs.
